Find an answer in the guide
The guide covers entries, weights, repeat winners, sounds, saved wheels, sharing, list generation, dictation and embeds. It also explains what to check when Spin is unavailable.
Prepare a useful bug report
Note the tool, browser and device, the steps you took, what you expected and what happened. If possible, reproduce the issue with a short fictional list.
Remove real names, private wheel contents and other personal details from screenshots. Do not send microphone recordings, credentials or a full wheel file unless a verified support contact asks for something specific.
Suggest an improvement
Describe what you are trying to do and where the current controls get in the way. An example with fictional choices helps explain the request. You do not need to share a participant list.
Privacy and stored data
The Privacy Policy explains browser storage, shared files and optional services. For data held only in your browser, the guide shows how to reset saved data. For privacy questions or requests, check the contact mailbox status above.
