WheelySuite

Cookie Policy

WheelySuite uses browser storage to remember wheel setups and media. Google Analytics is enabled by default, and your saved rejection is honored. You can turn it off or on through Analytics choices. The site does not use advertising tags. Cloudflare provides hosting and may use cookies for security features. This page explains cookies, browser storage and your analytics choices.

What the wheel stores

localStorage keeps the working state of the four wheels, including settings, entries, current results, removals and the latest saved Undo step. It can also contain older saved text lists. A separate localStorage preference remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics.

IndexedDB holds named saved wheels and uploaded image or audio data. The app uses this storage to reopen setups and display or play your chosen media in the same browser.

The app does not set an automatic expiry for saved wheels or media. They remain until cleared, reset or removed by the browser. The analytics preference expires after 180 days. If browser storage is blocked, the choice applies only to the current page. Browser limits, private-browsing behavior and storage settings can affect whether data is kept.

Analytics and optional services

While analytics is on, Google Analytics uses the _ga cookie and a cookie for this site’s Analytics stream to recognize visits. These cookies are configured to expire 180 days after creation without visit-based renewal. A remembered rejection prevents the site from loading Google Analytics or sending analytics requests. When connected, optional list generation sends your topic and requested count to OpenAI through this site’s server. Browser dictation can use a network speech service after Start listening and microphone permission.

Analytics choices controls analytics. It does not revoke microphone permission or delete generation data already sent to a provider. Use Cancel or Stop listening for the tool you are using, and manage microphone access in the browser’s site permissions.

Clear or block stored data

Use your browser’s site-data settings to inspect or remove stored data. Blocking storage may prevent the wheel from remembering settings, saving setups or keeping uploaded media.

For the app’s own reset, open Customize and find Saved data. Download anything you want to keep before confirming Reset all saved data, then wait for its completion message. A reset does not remove files you downloaded or copies held elsewhere.

Change your analytics choice

Open Analytics choices in the footer on any ordinary public page to turn analytics off or on. Turning it off removes this site’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload Google’s tag. When browser storage is available, your rejection is remembered for 180 days. It stops future collection and does not delete information Google already received. The 180-day cookie limit applies to browser storage, not Google’s retention of received analytics data.

Cloudflare may use cookies for security features, depending on the features in use. The site configures Google Analytics for manual page views without advertising features. It is absent from private previews and embeds. Use your browser’s site-data controls to review cookies and stored data. Changes to hosting or optional services will be reflected in these notices.
