WheelySuite

Terms of Service

WheelySuite is operated by James Bevan in the United Kingdom. These terms describe use of the site. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Using the tools

Use the wheels to make picks from the choices and settings you supply. Check entries, duplicate handling, weights and winner-removal settings before a draw.

You are responsible for deciding whether the setup suits your activity and for explaining any drawing rules to participants. The tool does not verify eligibility, enforce competition rules or certify a result.

Entries, images and audio

Use only information and media you are entitled to enter, display or share. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.

Check a wheel file, share link or embed before giving it to someone else. It may disclose the entries and other content you included. Sharing a copy does not give you control over copies already received.

Generated and dictated drafts

AI suggestions and recognized speech can contain mistakes. Review the words and line breaks before applying a draft. Optional services depend on their providers, browser support and connection, and may be unavailable.

Do not enter confidential information in a generation topic. Read the feature notice before starting dictation. Provider processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Use the site responsibly

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, to harass others, to interfere with the service or to bypass its security and request limits. Do not submit material you have no right to use.

Keep a backup

Saved wheels depend on this browser’s storage. Clearing site data, changing browser profiles or storage failures can remove access to a setup. Download a backup of any wheel you need to keep.

The service may change or be unavailable. It does not include a commitment to continuous availability, recovery of lost browser data or a particular support response time.
